3. Advanced photoelectric eye-mark tracking technology with digital input of sealing and cutting positions helps prevent film sticking to the cutter and reduces film waste.
The machine automatically detects product length, packs automatically when products are present, and stops and waits when no product is detected, saving both time and packaging film.
4. The transmission system adopts a synchronous belt structure, providing compact design, high transmission accuracy, and easy maintenance.
5. The adjustable bag support adopts a full-copper slide plate for more precise size adjustment.
6. Single-cantilever structure design with a cutter-holder positioning slot, allowing the cutter holder to be replaced without readjustment.
7. The machine frame is integrally formed from welded thick steel plates for more stable operation. The exterior uses automotive-grade sheet metal with a textured finish.
